“Cortijo La Reina” oil is a Premium Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our oil is monovarietal, specifically the Hojiblanca variety, although we have more varieties on the farm such as Picudo, Arbequina, Picual or Lechín. On an organoleptic level, it should be noted that this extra virgin olive oil differs in that it is very aromatic, with flavors reminiscent of fresh green grass, fresh almond. It appears soft and sweet on the palate at the beginning, with a slight sensation of bitterness and itching progressing at the end via the aftertaste (as a positive characteristic note of the Hojiblanca variety) and with a spectacular finish full of nuances that evoke green aromas.
