With a twist of Speyside single malt Whiskey barrel wood smoke. 70% Reapers, 9 months fermentation. It is absolutely insane with beautiful fermentation character, little saltiness and amazing apple cider orchard tang. ā Ingredients: Chillies 70%, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Spring Water, Onion, Garlic, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum. 220ml Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 6 weeks. Shake well before use. As we do not add preservatives, natural colour may change over time.
