Unfortunately, we did not receive any further reply. Had we known that the disappointment was this strong, we would of course have gladly advised you to contact Faire customer support to arrange a return, should you have preferred not to keep the rug. Our collections consist exclusively of handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, where each knot reflects human craftsmanship rather than machine perfection. This is exactly what many collectors and retailers value — though we fully understand that this aesthetic may not suit every store or customer.
