I figured they would be great for Vegan & GF cookies, turns out I was wrong...these are AMAZING and DELICIOUS for any cookies, vegan/gf or not. Like, seriously so good!!! I purchased both the Chocolate Chia and Mocha Chip for my subscription box, Mother Snacker, and it was a fan favorite regardless of dietary restrictions. Perfect for the Moms needing a clean treat!
