I ordered 66 plant pots in 10 packages—half arrived broken. It’s unclear who to contact: Faire, TruuDesign, or UPS. Each required photos, then their sites errored out. I’m now past the return window, stuck with damaged goods after paying high shipping and nonrefundable tariffs. Customer service has been useless. As a micro business, this loss is devastating, and I’ll never order through them again. Also, these include artificial plants glued in - they are not just a pot like I had thought.
