Organic baobab powder is extracted from the pulp of the baobab fruit (Adansonia digitata) dried naturally on the tree, harvested manually and reduced to powder. The powder thus obtained is then screened. Baobab powder has a pleasantly tart and slightly sweet flavor. It has interesting nutritional qualities (vitamin C, calcium, fiber, antioxidants) that give it a label of “superfood” or “best food supplements”.
