The only issue I had was with the hook closures on the bracelets. Not very user friendly for a more mature customer. Otherwise, I highly recommend this company for their Fair Trade goods, quality and variety of products.

The necklaces flew off the shelf and we had to re-order. The bracelets do well, too. The earrings are less popular than the necklaces, though people still like them.
