The product is made from fresh tomatoes at a suitable degree of ripeness, selected and reduced to pulp. In particular, the preparation process includes a phase of crushing and refining the obtained tomato pulp. Packaging is done through hot filling. It is also possible to flavor the tomato puree with various spices, primarily basil.
