Made of African grass with a leather handle, this one is also called a pot basket; it’s a traditional shape in Ghana weaving. They make for gorgeous décor. We’ve also seen customers smitten with the small size, using it as a purse. NOTES -- Proportions vary – you’ll see some that are rounder and some that are taller. Examples are shown below. We suggest buying two of the same color, especially natural, to add charm to a display. -- Pot baskets may be sent flat to save on shipping. Wet the whole basket under a tub faucet, pop out the flattened side, and hang it from the faucet handle to drip dry for 5-10 minutes. Then straighten and curve the basket as you'd like. -- Handle color will be black or brick red. Please let us know if you have a preference.
