Salt lamps come packaged very well. I did have a problem with cracked and broken bases on two lamps and those were replaced quickly.

I’ve always ordered from Himalayan Secrets and have never been disappointed. I’ve actually been shocked at how fast I’ve received some shipments! I live in a very rural area and have questioned if something would sell well, but I’ve learned to trust their “high sell through” items because it’s worked out every time. My first order was a big one and they messaged me to inform me it would arrive on a pallet and wanted to make sure I was prepared for it, which made me feel “seen” as a retailer. :)
