Organic sweet and sour pickles are firm and crunchy, a delight to accompany your hamburgers and salads. Pique-Assiette pickles are grown as close as possible to our factory, in Germany, just across the border. Harvesting takes place at the rhythm of nature, throughout the summer to provide the pickles with the most heat and sun. Manual harvesting requires constant monitoring and a lot of know-how to maintain the correct calibration. After harvesting, the pickles are washed, sorted and then pasteurized. Preparation has been going on for more than twenty-five years thanks to a trusting partnership with farmers committed to an organic approach. Seasoned according to a traditional sweet and sour recipe that ensures a subtle balance between vinegar and sweetness, our organic pickles maintain both their sweetness and their firmness. All our jars are pasteurized and hermetically sealed.
