A very gourmet coffee with notes of hazelnuts and roasted almonds, and a round and sweet mouthfeel. It is very tolerant and well-suited for automatic espresso machines. Fazenda Rio Brilhante is a family business and a story of transmission. Founded by Inácio Urban in the 80s, he was joined in 2006 by his children Erika and Fernando. The two generations together are committed to maintaining an ultra-high level of quality and engaging in the development of initiatives to support local communities and promote responsible agriculture. The farm is located in the state of Minas Gerais near the village of Pântano. The climate is tropical at altitude. Summers are hot with abundant rainfall, and winters are drier, but the altitude helps to moderate temperatures to produce very generous fruits. Morango is the name given to the plot of the farm from which this coffee comes.
