First their response time to messages was amazing. Next the packaging quality was like nothing I have ever seen. Double boxed, foam padding, cardboard padding and tissue paper. No damages at all which is great considering I ordered china. Lastly, I was highly impressed with the products. Great quality and simply beautiful!! I order a lot from vendors and receive shipments daily and I cannot compliment the team at Kadra enough.
