Chorizo- is a product made with the highest quality lean Iberian pork. Its manufacturing process is based on the chopping of lean beans into uniform and coarse-grained pieces, then marinated with spices and stuffed into the natural cultured pork belly, for which it receives its name. Its maturation and drying takes place in our natural dryers, in a slow process that lasts up to three months of curing. It is surprising for its juiciness and aromatic intensity, with a visual appearance cut with a red-purple hue and a balanced point of fat and paprika.
