High altitude organic & fair trade arabica coffee Terroir: This organic ground coffee, an organic and fair trade arabica, is grown at high altitude between 1450 and 1650 meters in the Sierra Madre, a volcanic terrain in southern Mexico, in Chiapas. Roasting: Our organic and fair trade Triunfo coffee is roasted in an artisanal way for about 14 minutes, an intermediate artisanal roast called “monk's dress”. Characteristics: Our organic & fair trade specialty coffee Triunfo Verde is naturally full-bodied and long-lasting, it is distinguished by its gourmet and spicy notes of licorice, vanilla or cinnamon. Our field approach: Our organic fair trade Triunfo Verde coffee is grown by a community of 507 small producers organized in cooperatives. This cooperative works according to the principles of fair trade under the SPP label (Symbol of Peasant Producers). PLV available at launch
