Four decorative buttons and a hidden snap will allow you the maneuverability to style your collar and stay as warm as you like. This short cape is fully lined in sumptuously soft satin. The slit-style sleeve openings measure 12“. The mandarin collar measures 3 1/2“ tall with added internal structure to keep your look crisp. The total length of this cape is 24” from the center back neckline. The flat hem measurement is 33 1/2“ straight across.
