We have carried this product for a couple of years now and have continually reorder. However, this last order, with no warnings the packaging has changed. For a gourmet grocery store like mine, packaging is very important. The new packaging is ugly, it's flimsy, gets deformed and just like another jar of peanut butter in any grocery store. It looks cheap, which is sad because the product itself is great. But most customer will judge the packaging first. I have sent a message but just ignored.
