Specifications Each set consists of eight small cross-wound thread spools of 180 yards each for a total of 1,440 yards of thread in the set. Weight: Our thread is a 50s/3 thread, which means there are three plies twisted together to make the thread. Instructions & More Use a 90/14 - 100/16 universal needle. We tested this thread with the 90/14 universal sewing machine needle and it worked fine. It’s always best to test on a two piece swatch to see how it sews.
