This merchandise which was intended for Christmas sales took a long time to ship and arrived mostly broken. It was NOT packed for shipping, just retail boxes inside cardboard boxes, no padding at all. Still haven’t received the ruby stemware but now have to take the time to take pictures of everything and submit claim. The ones that weren’t broken are pretty but at least one glass in every set is broken.
