My shipment arrived swiftly, complete and even had promo paperwork to help market products included. I reached out after receiving the shipment to confirm 100% that the tape was indeed latex free as it is strangely not listed on product marketing or packaging. Note to producer- latex free is a selling point!!! The customer service response was thorough, informative and friendly.
