Our Matte Finish Clear Coat finish not only holds up to wiping, cleaning chemicals and general wear, but it doesn’t show marks and spills as easily. It also maintains a nice sheen and is durable enough to use on kitchen tables and cabinets as well. Order a 4 oz., 8 oz., Pint, or Quart! 4 oz - Perfect for a small project like a chair or side table. 8 oz - Perfect for small to medium-sized projects. 16 oz Pint - Usually more than enough to complete a large size piece of furniture. 32 oz Quart - Covers approximately 150 square feet and will cover several pieces of furniture. MudPaint is eco-friendly, LEED-compliant and it's unique, clay-based formula with natural earthen materials requires little prep work and no waxing for a smooth coat.

Matte Finish Clear Coat
Mudpaint is excellent, high-quality paint. Fulfillment was quick, and I appreciated the messages! To achieve an even finish, I used the Kilz 2 primer with very light sanding. The clear coat was easy to use with a sponge and gave a solid finish.

Super thick and gloopy, peels when dry too. I tried tested many of the paint tins so i could advise customers on this product - i had bought the retail kit but i had to move the remainder of the box into my warehouse workshop because i couldnt say anything nice about this paint. It has a terrible smell too, i did not like working with this paint and ive been painting furniture daily for 4 years now.
