Your yoga bolster can support you during many yoga, meditation or Pilates training postures. The yoga roll is used, for example, for quiet yoga styles such as yin yoga or prenatal yoga. The ergonomic shape is particularly suitable for bends forward and backwards and for stretching your chest (heart opener), for example. Our yoga bolsters consist of a removable cord cover (Oeko-Tex 100) and a 100% cotton liner filled with organic buckwheat husks. Thanks to the zipper, you can easily remove or refill the filling to adjust the hardness of the yoga pad to your individual needs.
