This is the term chosen to name this unique cava, since we want it to express the Xarel.lo variety above the others, a native grape, which shines with its own light, extraordinary, of exceptional and fascinating quality. Cava made almost 70% with the Xarel.lo variety and where Parellada and Macabeu are involved in the Coupage Parellada and Macabeu. Excellent long-aging Cava with more than 44 months in the bottle. Very aromatic and tasty cava, aromas of tropical fruit and white flowers stand out, lowered a dairy and dried fruit background. Integrated and creamy carbon dioxide, it is balanced and complex, with body and long acidity.
