The coffee plants, of the Arabica Caturra and Catuai varieties, are cultivated in the Huila region, one of Colombia's most renowned areas for quality coffee production, at an altitude between 1500 and 1700 meters. After manual harvesting, the coffee cherries are processed using the Washed method, which enhances the purity of the aromatic profile in the cup.
