Description
Each 4" stick burns for about 40-45 minutes. These sticks are shorter than average but they burn for a comparable amount of time to the long commercial varieties that are filled with fragrance oils and burn much hotter and faster. My Temple Blend Incense is a mixture of real ground Himalayan Cedar, White Sage and Frankincense Resin and I think it's my favourite, but it's so hard to choose! It is different from all my other incense because it is a three step process. In the first step, I make a cedar and sage incense just like I make any of my other incense sticks (with ground cedar and sage, makko and acacia gum mixed with water). After it dries thoroughly, I re-dip it in the acacia gum-water and roll it in powdered frankincense which sticks to the outside. Then I dip it in acacia gum-water one final time to keep the frankincense resin from falling off. Packaged in bulk with info cards and compostable bags on the side. The only incense that had a noticeable and distinct scent was the sage. I was also very disappointed with the size of the sticks compared to the price point. While I appreciate the craftsmanship, I feel that the value could be improved for retailers looking to stock this product. As far as positive feedback, the packaging and info was great. Unfortunately, I will not be re-ordering this product in the future.
