Snappy cranberry acidity is balanced by a pastry-like sweetness for a cup that will suit the adventurous and the...other people in the household equally well. This coffee was produced by David Solano, a 4th generation coffee producer working on his family farm, Concepción Buena Vista. He is an ambitious coffee professional with an engineering background that helps guide the meticulous ventures into experimental coffee processing taking place on his farms and in his community. We've loved the lots we have purchased from the Solanos in previous seasons and are excited to bring in this new experimental process lot this year!
