Our preserves, sauces and rubs reflect both the taste of the season and art of the confiseur. Red Hot Pepper Jam is a devilsh blend of hot habanero chilies with sun ripened sweet red peppers. It is a robust mix of heat and flavor with a fine habanero finish.
