Seven items fell off the initial order due to them not being available. Shipping time was approx 3 weeks from order, 1 week past their timeframe listed. No communication from them when requested shipping status from myself and from Faire. Tracking information was not correct. Product quality is poor on most items. Metal pieces arrived bent. there was no protective packaging. Shipping boxes were oversized and difficult for me to manage. I will be lucky to receive cost of item back. Awful
