We do love the products, and our customers do too. The packaging could have been better. Everything was just thrown into the box, with those items that had multiple pieces all separated and scattered. We wound up missing one piece, and others we had extra. The silicone holders were scuffed from bouncing around during shipment. We do hope this was an exception, because we love the products and want to continue carrying them.
