Excellent communication and really gorgeous product. For me, the main thing is that the scrunchies are made from recycled bottles. They are excellent quality, I love that each scrunchie comes with a tag (easy for pricing) and my customers have been loving them. Looking forward to seeing some new designs/colors soon maybe!
