Already had to ship a replacement to upset customer - missing stone. I had been so focused on ensuring the round part at the top matched in size of other earring—since most don’t—that I missed it. Product descriptions need improvement. MSRP is too high for the quality of some items. One set of earrings had paper backing that didn’t match the image or description. That said, some items in my order were cute but I would not reorder. She did say I could ship back the earrings but I ordered 6 so.
