The bags are heavy and appears to be manufactured well. My issue is the leather straps holder for half of the bags arrived damaged. The packaging wasn't delicate. The items although durable wasn't package to the standard of a high quality item.

Yes the wait time to receive these beautiful bags was long but I’m so glad I ordered. My only regret is that I didn’t double my order. Communication with this company is A+ and very personal. The price point for my store is perfect for my customers with a great opportunity for profit. I was able to slip them in the store late yesterday and sold 2 before we closed. So happy with your product!

The products we received are not what is pictured. There were multiple differences in the items. Upon request to resend corrected product we were denied replacements and charged anyway for products that are not a match to what is stated as being sold. Not even close. Poorly controlled inventory.

This brand and all products do not meet our quality standards. Each item received has been lesser quality than advertised and the photos shown of quality and finishes do not match those of the items received. It is deceptive and false advertising. Shipping was an entire month (and all items still have not arrived) and I am now left with an empty display. The bag does not match the photos. No where near full-grain leather quality. The lining, strap, stitching, even the zipper are sub-par.
