Organic Pickles are pecked as an aperitif on a charcuterie board, with your starters and in your sandwiches. Pique-Assiette pickles are grown as close as possible to our factory, in Germany, just across the border. Harvesting takes place at the rhythm of nature, throughout the summer to provide the pickles with the most heat and sun. Manual harvesting requires constant monitoring and a lot of know-how to maintain the correct calibration. After harvesting, the pickles are washed, sorted and then pasteurized. Preparation has been going on for more than twenty-five years thanks to a trusting partnership with farmers committed to an organic approach. Seasoned according to a traditional vinegar recipe, our organic pickles are firm and crunchy with their slight acid note. All our jars are pasteurized and hermetically sealed.
