(Previously named Davidson Plum & Vanilla Shrub) We've renamed this shrub to Ooray Plum & Vanilla, but the recipe is exactly the same. ‘Ooray’ is the indigenous name for this beautiful native rainforest fruit, sometimes known as Davidson Plum, but always was and always will be Ooray. Shrubs are botanical cordials, used to make alcohol-free spritzers or used as mixers in cocktails - just add soda water. Tangy, tart with a punch of bright red colour, we added soft, sweet vanilla to this seasonal rarity. The resulting flavour is reminiscent of a traditional cream soda but with a native Australian twist.  200ml bottle makes 6 drinks and 500ml bottle makes 14 drinks.
