A single origin story. Heirloom white bean "Almendra Blanca," meaning " White Almond" from Mexico's southernmost state of Chiapas. One of the rarest cacao varietals, this wild-growing bean is unlike any other, with lactic, fruited notes, rich orange color, and creamy mouthfeel.

We couldn't be happier to carry these dreamy chocolates. We're kind of snobby about what chocolates resonate with us, these are IT. They're a touch higher of a price point to offer for us, but it's very worth it to provide something so quality for folks. :)
