The medium is a good option to purchase because they can put inserts in the hat to make it more snug. If purchasing 2 hats, we recommend 1 small and 1 medium. If doing 3, we recommend 1 S, 1M and 1L. And if getting more than that, we suggest doing a few more medium and then a small and large as an option as well. * The band on the inside is a stretchy band; all orders come with a custom Rhinestone Cowgirl dust bag and foam pieces that can be stuck behind the hat band to reduce the size.
