Description
We harvest wild growing sugar kelp from the cold clean waters of Cobscook bay on the border with Canada. Our harvest sites are inspected by MOFGA. We dry the kelp on our farm in a greenhouse, then grind and bag it . Sugar kelp is amazing in soups, beans, broths, with miso. It will need a bit of moisture to re-hydrate, and for maximum nutrition they say that 15 minutes of cooking, 1 tablespoon per day is the correct dosage.
