Description
Botanically-dyed recycled silk sari ribbon. This ribbon has already had a full life in India and I love thinking about all the sights and smells and sounds she experienced before she came to my studio in Oregon. It's hand torn, has some random seams and knots and comes in beautiful 50 yard bundles. American customers, please note: you will not be charged a tariff for this product. The Royal Mail (with whom I ship my orders) is collecting this tax at the point of shipping, so it is already paid when you order). Orders to the US are currently arriving within 4-10 days, depending on your location. If you would like alternative colours to those you see here, please feel free to ask; I'm always happy to take on custom orders and I'm in the process of expanding this line with additional colours.

The owner is wonderful and incredibly responsive. I think the sari ribbon is lovely. However, the one note I will make is that the colors are not as vibrant as they appear online. They are softer/ muted and still attractive. Was hoping for a bit more pop. We loved that is a recycled with new purpose and look forward to using it and finding new life for it.
