Delivery was slower than anticipated, or indicated. I didn't realize it came from another country, but it said it shipped from USA. Product feels very stiff.

The box was somewhat beat up, but all the products were OK. For the future, it would be nice to see products packaged in plastic, to keep them safe from any possible water damage. Some of the cones did not have a branding/product label on them, so I had to make a copy and attach my own label with the brand name and product information. Likewise, some of the items that did have labels on them also included a barcode sticker that didn't seem to belong there.
