The scarab is the most popular good luck charm from ancient Egypt. Symbol of rebirth, transformation, and self-creation, this scarab is actually a dung beetle that the ancients believed pushed the sun across the sky each day. Hand-carved from soapstone, these 6 assorted sized scarabs are poly-bagged with hole punched header. Design, size, and color will have slight variations between each bead. Bead size varies slightly but they are about .5" to 1" long. Made in Luxor, Egypt. *Due to their handmade nature, items may exhibit slight variations in painting and quality.*
