This handcrafted 70% dark chocolate bar offers a vibrant fusion of bold cacao and the sun-kissed sweetness of dried mango. Each bite delivers a rich, smooth base lifted by tropical fruit notes, creating a bright and elegant flavor profile. Made from cacao beans grown on our own single-estate farm in the Philippines, where trees flourish in an agroforestry system and are nourished with organic vermicast and seaweed- and fish-based foliar fertilizers fermented with molasses.
