Products where of poor quality and we where unable to return the wreaths. We will need to take apart the wreaths and figure out a better way to put them back together that looks better and would be sellable.

Crystal wreath moss ornament
This entire transaction/order was disappointing. I was very excited to offer these items in my shop. I ordered on Nov 25 and it was supposed to ship on Dec 5. It got tracking but wasn’t dropped off until Dec 11 after I messaged seller. I understand it’s around the holidays so that honestly wouldn’t have warranted a poor review from me. I received it today and there was absolutely zero packaging. The wreaths were subpar with v small/broken crystals and I spend 30-45 min untangling the necklaces.
