It's been a nightmare. Had notification that my order had arrived. It hadn't. I told the company and they promised it was coming very soon. I trusted them. It didn't come. They then said that it had been sent again, a month later and still no delivery, they promised not to take any money but they have for the postage which is over £100. I keep asking but am either ignored or told they will send... so very sad as I had used them 6 times before and hoped to stock more and more of this fabric.
