We've spent many months tasting white chocolate and finding one we felt was the perfect fit for this creation, and we found it! The creamy white chocolate is slathered over "etoile nord" a 64% Chocolate that has been mixed with crushed all natural peppermint candy. More crunchy peppermint goodness is sprinkled over the top. This is honestly the best peppermint bark we have ever tasted!
