The perfect shade of ultra frosty parchment in one of the most exquisite 100% cotton velvets we have ever seen! Made in Belgium. A super high quality designer fabric that can be used for upholstery or drapery. The velvet has a soft smooth hand and color. The photos do not do it justice! This fabric can be used for upholstery, interior decorating, or coat garments. So soft, one of our finest solid velvets. Sold by the yard. 54” wide. Will combine shipping. I received samples promptly but when I went to order yardage of this one and another, I couldn’t get the Faire site to take the order for yardage, only samples. I communicated with the vendor and got no satisfactory response. The fabrics are beautiful and of high quality. I wish I could buy some yardage.
