Habanero and Naranja Agria, the sour orange celebrated in Yucatán, is the quintessential flavor combination of this region. We decided to create a bold chip for the habanero lover, one that's incredible as a base for Chilaquiles, Nachos, or just for dipping. Chaya is a super-green, native to our region, commonly found in regional tamales, egg dishes, aguas frescas, and more. We direct source and cook the chaya that goes into every avocado-oil fried YAX chip.
