I purchased these to use in a s’mores box, but when tested via roasting over flame, they almost completely melted. When put on a smore it was so liquid it could not be picked up. I reached out to the company, but never got anI reached out to the company, but never received a response. Unfortunately have to return them and look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, we have recently been informed by our customers that the marshmallows we purchased were covered with mold. After reviewing the remaining batch, we confirmed that the issue was present across the products and, as a result, we had to discard all of the items. This is not the first time we have encountered this issue with this brand. Back in February 2023, we had the same problem, where the marshmallows arrived covered with mold, and we were forced to discard the entire order at well
