Diced Iberico acorn-fed ham, salted and cured following traditional techniques in natural curing sheds. You can consume them directly or using them when cooking. Ideal to eat directly as an snack or mix together with salmorejo or gazpacho (Spanish tomato soap), or add them to your veg stir fry or omelette . From: Avila, Castile and Leon, Spain. I sold it right away in my boutique in Llansá... excellent ham, although some people's experience is just to criticize, to each their own, but it is an excellent oily product, free of fat and with a natural color, smooth texture, and good taste of good pork.
