Their products are cute - but, their customer service doesn't exist. I have reached out to this company on Faire multiple times and have yet to receive a single response. One of the reason I reach out is that I was sent a wrong item and would like it refunded. Is there a number I can be given to connect? I also tried reaching out on their own website, still waiting to hear from anyone.
