The products were mostly all right quality the packaging terrible these things look like they were dumped in a Teemu bag and shipped all the way from across the ocean other than that they would be OK but the packaging is not appropriate for a retail resell it is appropriate for a yard sale at the dollar tree.

Initially I received these items broken. Actually it was the Anchor Hocking Bistropitcher and Red Rovr bamboo cups. I reported the damage and was sent the pitcher and Red Rover stainless steel cups. I really wanted the bamboo cups and wasn't expected to be invoiced for the replacements, whatever that might be.
